Shiju Rajappan, the founder of Total Assurance, has been providing financial and risk management advice since 2013. Holding a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies and working as a Financial Adviser, he is recognised for his strong communication skills, high-quality expertise, and dedicated client service. Over the past five years, he has successfully built a strong client base while helping individuals arrange all types of personal risk protection insurance. Shiju takes the time to understand each client's needs, explains every option clearly, offers flexible support outside office hours, and provides ongoing guidance throughout the insurance claims process, giving clients confidence and peace of mind.
